In life, what accompanies you will determine the extent you go in life. If you carry a lot of load on top of your head, you cannot walk or run freely unless you take off that load. That is why Jesus said we should come to Him, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and He will give us rest. Rest is all we need to live a life of divine abundant. God can change and turn your life around speedily in Jesus name you are getting there.

A class has the same or similar qualities. Is to approximate or be good just as it is. Beloved, each child of God carries the DNA of Christ in him or her. We carry the exact characteristics just as Him who made us just as Himself. We exercise enormous authority and power to avert any change here on earth. We match up the nature of Christ in our lives, we are meant to be restful and blissful, but too sad to note that yet, many of us are still carrying weight inside and out. We cannot be in the wagon and yet still be carrying our load.

If Christ did not get hypertension, diabetes, HIV, asthma, sickle cell why do I have to get one? You belong to a class of sickness free class. It takes grace and the Spirit of God to understand this. Faith is a spirit and it empowers God’s word. Until you are empowered by the Holy Spirit, your faith is just as good as a mere common sense. There is extent our common sense can get us, but faith goes everywhere. Match your life with faith, wisdom, power and authority in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Spiritual Warfare

As Hitler’s appetite for power and territory grew, his army began to march across Europe. In some cases, the fight could hardly be called a battle. The German army advanced, with its tanks and with technologically advanced weapons. In some of the underdeveloped nations, their armies made a futile effort to resist Hitler’s aggression, fighting back with spears and even rocks. It was no contest at all, because these nations were not equipped for the battle.

The same could be said of Satan, and those whom he opposes. Many of his victims do not even know there is a war going on. Christians are faced with war each day and the unprepared are made an easy prey. Christians should know that we are in the midst of a great spiritual struggle, although many seem not to believe it. And even more distressing is the fact that many who consider themselves “in the war” do not understand the nature of Satan’s schemes, of the weapons which he employs, or of the weapons which God has provided for our defense.

Ephesians 6:10-20 is perhaps the clearest definition of the spiritual war which we find from the pen of the Apostle Paul. It doesn’t only assures us that there is a spiritual war, but it warns us that apart from utilizing the weapons which God has provided for us, we are hopelessly underpowered. Today's passage informs us as to what our divinely weapons are. Beyond this, these weapons imply the nature of the struggle which we are in.

The weapons which God has provided for us are those weapons which best repel the attacks of Satan, and thus we can learn a great deal about the nature of Satan’s opposition from simply considering each of the weapons at our disposal. The day the British Empire prepared against Napoleon, that was the end of his oppression and now Britain is known as great, instead of France. Let’s pray.

Fresh Fire

Our Lord wants and needs on-fire, red-hot, enthusiastic followers or children who love Him more than anything or anyone else on this Earth! It was discovered by the then apostles and other believers that made Apostle Paul to say “For me to live is Christ and to die is gain”. They never feared death or threats. One of my great admirers in the ministry, Charles Wesley said "Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come from miles to watch you burn". People like watching fire brand Christians.

On the day of Pentecost, fire fell.The Holy Ghost has fire attached to Him that no one possessed by Him should walk in cold and in fear, never! The disciples came from the shadows after Pentecost. From our main verse today, we have been baptized with fire and so we must be on fire for God. When I was young, I saw the zeal and the passion of the then believers. You need not to tell anybody if this is a Christian or not. But today, the difference is not clear. A fire filled son of God, makes a difference.

Such a child of God should be driven by the same compelling compassion which motivated the Apostles and the martyrs and virtually every great man or woman of God throughout history. In fact, it's the same irresistible motivation that should motivate every child of God in everything they do everything they say, everywhere they go, and which the great Apostle Paul summed up our main reading.

Regardless of what you may lack in the way of natural talents, abilities, gifts etc., if you truly yield your heart to the Lord and let him inspire you and take control of your life; obeying God's Word and letting Him live in you and through you, so that your heart burns with His Love; then He will be able to greatly use you and make you a blessing to many. Beloved, be on fire!!

Divine Provider.

I pray that God will give us the Abraham type of faith. He first of all set on a journey that was just a promise. He had no idea whether it is good or not, but he believed in the promise of God. After his bareness for 25 years the Lord provided him a son, and by faith and obedience to God, he made up his mind to obey God by sacrificing his only son to God. By faith and obedience to the voice of God, God provided a ram instead of Isaac's head.

Beloved, our God is a great provider. He provides according to His will and power. If we are obedient just as father Abraham we shall enjoy His divine provision. God wants us to trust in His provision for our needs, and sometimes that provision requires us to step out in faith and use the resources He has given us. It may not seem like a lot to us, but God can multiply the efforts when we trust Him.

In 2 Kings 4:1-7, the Bible tells the story of a widow whose husband had died, leaving her with the burden of his unpaid debts and there was no way she was could pay for that. Not only that, but the creditor was threatening to take her two sons into slavery in order to pay the debts. Under this circumstances, it takes only God and only God who can provide the miraculous.

The widow had limited resources and faced an impossible situation. She did the only thing she knew to do. She cried out for help but no one was able to help her except Jehovah Jireh, who answered her. Today God has heard your prayer, your cries and agony. The economy may be bad and you have no job, but the same God who made Abram, Abraham is going to provide for you in Jesus name.

The Wasted Life

Topic: The Wasted Life.

It is sad that a man will toil all his life, he will save enough money for the future, build houses, businesses with the hope that he will enjoy but the time he wish to enjoy may never comes and others who didn’t toil will come and enjoy. All is vanity. We spend all our time on our-self, just a little time we spend with God we complain. We go to bed late but woke up early with no regards to the one who made us alive by His breathe.

It will be sad to gain the whole world its riches and power and lose your own soul. Investment of your soul is the greatest investment. You can buy the latest edition car, a private jet or a cruise ship but none can enter your bedroom no matter how you love them. They will not follow you to the grave, someone who did not suffer will enjoy. We need to invest in the things that will promote the kingdom. Serve God with your money and time.

It is a total regret to live a wasted life. What will profit a man if he gains houses, cars, savings, etc. and he loses his heavenly investment. Eternity is real; if you don’t give your life to Christ and live according to His will, you will face the lake of fire.

If you have given your life to Christ before and you are no longer living for Him watch out. Judas was a chosen one, but He didn’t live for God to the end. He died a foolish death by betraying Jesus for 30 pieces of silver equivalent to $20. Don’t allow $20 or money lead you to hell fire. Live for Christ and Him alone, make Him your super valentine, on this Valentine’s Day.

The Prophet and Me.

A prophet is a man used by God to affect the lives of His Children. They transmit messages of the spirit into the physical. We cannot do without prophets if we want operate above the physical. God is spirit and they way He affects the physical is by revealing His words through His prophets. Prophetic utterances edify, exhort and to bring joy or comfort to the children of God. They are words directly for the sons of God.

Since I am a child I am expected to receive from my father everyday and one way God speaks, is by using His prophets. From our main verse, God said, a Prophet like me will He raise among my brethren and He will put His words in his mouth and will speak to that He commands.

Beloved, my prophet must resemble me, must speak my language and must have my form. A prophet for me should not turn into a snake, a monkey, a dog or a parrot. Any prophet who turns into a dog before he can talk to me is not from God.

Prophets are to exhort, edify and to encourage or bring comfort to the people of God. If exhortation is missing, edification and encouragement are missing, watch out. You must carry the presence of God in you before you can decode prophecies. They are not magical words, or words that are meant to bring about a change, but it is a divine assignment or a task.

When Nineveh heard the words from Prophet Jonah, the whole land acted in obedience and went before God with fasting and they changed the mind of God in their repentance. When David heard the words of Prophet Nathan, he went before God in obedience and repentance, in the end God didn’t kill him. Be blessed today..

Try Again

Topic: Try Again.

Apostle Peter toiled all night. In fact, he had enough of a day’s fishing. He was gathering and about to leave the shore, but at the moment Jesus showed up, the creator of fishes asked him to cast his net into the deep, that was when they were rewarded by God. Are you facing the unexpected, don't wash your net yet, you shall also be rewarded this year, stay truthful, alert and responsible. Your miraculous shall be to you, a great surprise.

God can do all things supposedly that it fits His plan for us. There are some people the Lord has made them to feed only their mouth, because if they feed many mouths, they will brag and brag and go to hell. Some of us have little money and not that God cannot make us rich, but if you become one, you will engage in a sin that will cost you out of heaven. Many are in hell now because they never try again; they have swallowed pills to kill themselves.

Many young ones are dying because they don’t want to try again. God saw what you were going through but you never sought for Him. As Jesus spoke the Word to Peter, he obeyed and the rest was a miracle. The end of the tunnel is brighter, don’t give up, try hard, it looks your marriage is on rocks, try hard and harder. This is important in creating a new real world around you.

I see God rescuing you right now, because that sickness is horrible. It will slow you down. Try again in faith; don’t see anything except what the future looks like. Don’t fight unnecessary fights, aim on point, until you see something, you will continue to do something.
