Topic: Only the Word

Word for Thought: His Word has power to avert any word against your destiny !!


If the world was created by the Word of God as says in Hebrews 11, then it takes the Word to avert any negative challenges in the world. We live in desperate and wicked times, my dear, it takes only a Word from God to make the difference. What the Word of God can do for a second, thousands of years labor can never achieve. Peter toiled a whole night catching nothing. At this point his years of experience as a fisherman failed him, his knowledge failed him, his beautiful boat failed him, quality fishing net also failed him, the wind did, time also failed,  but the Word did not failed him.

And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. Luke 5:5

It will not be wise to depend on anything on this earth, just to name it, they will all fail, but only the Word shall stand. 

There are limits where our strength can go as humans but the Word has no limits. From our main memory verse, it says that the Word has power to burn any nonburnable situation in your life. It is like a hammer which can break any rocky situation in your life today and the next days to come. If there is any thing to seek, please seek the Word, not fame, the Word can make you knowledgeable, famous, powerful, quick pass your colleagues, etc.  

The Word became flesh and dwell among men, this Word is Jesus. Anytime you speak the Word, you speak Jesus over that situation. Jesus has all power, so no power can overtake all power. My dear reader and dear friend in the faith, depend on the Word all your life, you will not fail. Jesus is all you need to fulfill all your needs.

Prayer .....................

1. Pray and worship the Lord, for His Word.
2. As you begin this working week, pray for God to order your steps.
3. Pray this "Father, this day avert any word that has been spoken against my destiny in Jesus name".
4. Pray this "Father, may you deliver me from any accused word (which any word of misfortune eg. bareness, diabetes, hypertension etc.) in Jesus name.
5. Pray this "Father, may you open my ears to hear your Word daily in Jesus name"
