Topic: The power in the word “NO”.

Word for thought: Remember your no to the world is a yes in the kingdom

There is power in the word no. To say no is to defend youself from any negativity that may cause a delay or denial of your purpose or destiny. Young men and women must begin to say no now, if not the worst will happen. What I have realized is that it is easy to say yes than to say no. it is easy lie with yes than no. most times we must be under some kind of pressure to say no. under our usual self, no is very difficult to say. Why? The reason being that we walk and mostly on emotions but not true self, we live by circumstances whiles we put real life aside. Instead of our heart to control our life, rather circumstances control our heart.

So people love based on emotions, so when the circumstances surrounding the emotions are gone, then there is no love. Many families are broken based on emotions, churches are down and troubled based on emotions, but today, say no to your emotions and live your heart. If Christ is found in your heart, then live your life by the steps of Christ.

Goliath was a man of war, he lived all his life fighting, and no man was able to approach him, except David. David did not live by his emotions or circumstances, but he lived his heart. He said a big “no” to Goliath and that was enough to cut off his head as in 1 Samuel 17:50. Your life is more than the circumstances that have created a terror in your life. He that is in your heart is greater than the world, don’t allow the world to influence your destiny, only allow the word of God. There is power in the word no, speak it against
