Topic: You shall not die !!

Word for Thought: Sin destroys life


We were created to live forever, just as God until sin came. Sin demoted us from long life to short life. So when Jesus came to take care of sin, He gave us life again; you and I would have been perished long time.The Bible says, For God so loved the world that He gave His Son Jesus, whoever believes on Jesus will not perish, but will receive everlasting life; John 3:16; That is full life here on earth and after earth. In John 10:10, Jesus said "I have come that you may receive Life". Life is part of the salvation package, claim yours on every situation now.

This means every true born again believer is not meant to perish but live. You both live to the fullest here on earth and after the death of the body. Remember God has already judged the body. It shall return to dust but our soul which is the true self, will live forever after death. The Bible says "with long-life, He (God) will satisfy me (to live my life here on earth to the fullest) Psalm 91:16. Long life is your satisfaction.

There are people who had a turn around, death paved way for life when the issues of these time happened to them. One was Hezekiah. He got sick and confirmation came that he will die, against all odds he was meant to die, but he reminded God about Psalm 118:17 that he needs to declare the works of God. If you desire to declare His works, you are desiring to live, but sin destroys life.

Dear reader, I don't know what you are going through now, you will not die but live, guaranteed by the word of God. Lazarus became sick and eventually against all odds he died, but Jesus who is life, stepped in and Lazarus no matter the number of days dead, came back to life, dear no matter how damaged and destroyed your situation, you are coming out into life just as Lazarus in Jesus name.

1. Pray and worship God for the gift of life.
2. Declare life to every dead situation right now.
3. Pray for all the sick right now
4. Pray this "Father, I pray you change  my death sentence of (mention the name of sickness or problem) for life sentence in Jesus name"
5. Pray this "Father may every activity of evil agents assigned to destroy my destiny perish in Jesus name".
